As the right of publicity is recognised in Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and regulated by Law 5/82 of 5 May on the right to honour, to personal and family intimacy and of publicity, it is hereby understood that by filling in the data, consent is being granted by all persons appearing in the photographs, which have been provided and sent voluntarily to be used for non-lucrative purposes and shown temporarily on our web site in the "Your photos" section. Freixenet reserves the right to publish the photos that it deems appropriate for the Gallery.
If you agree to all of the above, you must indicate the name, surname, ID number, address and phone number of the person sending the photograph and the name, surname and ID number of each and every one of the persons appearing in the photographs. The personal data will not be included in any database nor will they appear in the aforementioned section. After a period of time, we will remove from our website the photograph(s) for which we were granted authorisation to use.
